Robert E. Dunne (Of Counsel)
Rob Dunne has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in many areas of litigation, including personal injury, real estate, employment, securities and general business matters.

Prior to joining SMWB, Rob was an associate then partner at Morgan, Ruby, Schofield, Franich and Fredkin. He then operated his own solo practice for twelve years. In addition to all California State courts, Rob is admitted to practice before the United States District Court-Northern, Eastern and Central Districts, and the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

In 1976 Rob graduated from the University of California Davis with a B.S. in Biological Sciences, and then from Southwestern University School of Law in 1983. Rob has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hillbrook School in Los Gatos, as well as serving as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court for over 13 years.
