Kurt Wilson has practiced commercial and employment litigation since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Hastings College of the Law in 1985.

Kurt was an associate with Shephard, Mullin, Richter and Hampton until 1987 and with Coudert Brothers from l987 through 1989. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in Clinical Psychology. Kurt serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara Superior Court.

Kurt lives in Aptos with his wife and two children.
