Kristen E. Green (Associate)
Kristen Green joined SMWB in 2001, after receiving her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law. 

Kristen's practice focuses on assisting clients in all aspects of construction law, including preparation of business documents, prosecuting and defending collection claims and defending construction defect actions. She has successfully represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors and equipment and material suppliers in multiple aspects of construction law. 

Kristen is an active member in the National Association of Women in Construction and recently served on her chapter's board of directors. While in law school, Kristen obtained certification in High Tech Law. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis. 

Kristen lives in San Jose with her husband and daughter.
