Caitlin Kaufman has experience in many aspects of civil litigation. Caitlin's practice is focused primarily on civil litigation and employment law, assisting her clients in general litigation matters as well as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, worker's compensation and wage and hour matters.

Caitlin received her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2005 after receiving her B.S. Psychology with a minor in Philosophy in 2000 from the University of Washington. Ms. Kaufman was a Dean's Fellow at Santa Clara University, participated in Honors Moot Court, Law Review, and received a certificate in High Tech Law.

Caitlin and her husband live in Campbell.
