Matthew J. Wendt is an associate attorney with Sweeney, Mason, Wilson & Bosomworth. He represents and advises clients in various practice areas including labor and employment, real estate transactions and litigation, construction law and defect litigation, and corporate and business disputes.
Matt received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Katherine Lucero of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego.
Matt serves as a Commissioner on the Parks and Recreation Commission for the City of Morgan Hill. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Morgan Hill Community Foundation. He serves on a fundraising committee for the Morgan Hill Inclusive Playground Project, which seeks to build a playground that is universally accessible for children of all ages and abilities. He was a member of Leadership Morgan Hill, Class of 2013.
Matt lives in Morgan Hill with his wife Marilyn and two sons.
