David J. Lee

David Lee received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2010 after graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics. During his time at Santa Clara University, David served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. William J. Monahan of the California Superior Court and was named a Research Fellow for the Leon and Sylvia Panetta Institute of Public Policy. He also clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office and served as Technical Editor of the Santa Clara Journal of International Law.
David’s practice is focused primarily on trust and estate planning and civil litigation. He assists the firm’s clients in trust and estate formation, trust administration, probate, conservatorships and general litigation matters. Prior to joining Sweeney, Mason, Wilson & Bosomworth, David was an associate attorney for a general practice law firm in Beverly Hills.
David is an active member of the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce, local bar associations and Bay Area service organizations. In 2014, David completed the leadership Los Gatos program, a 9-month program focused on engaging, educating and developing service-oriented individuals in Los Gatos.
David lives in Santa Clara and enjoys hiking, Santa Clara University athletics and competing in running events throughout Northern California.
